YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS

The World Health Organization estimates that in 2020 there would be one suicide every 20 seconds! Understanding the current pandemic (and knowing that this estimation was made before COVID-19); A Suicide Prevention Conversation is of extreme importance.

The Lancet Global Health, the proportion of Africans who receive treatment for mental health problems is extremely low. While the global annual rate of visits to mental health outpatient facilities is 1051 per 100 000 population, in Africa, the rate is 14 per 100 000. THIS HAS TO CHANGE.
